Privacy
What this site collects
Nothing, server-side. This website is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and sends no tracking data to us or to anyone else.
The "session record" shown on the home page is generated and kept in your browser tab only. It is discarded when you close the tab. It is never transmitted.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads. Google's handling of that request is governed by Google's privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose edge servers keep standard access logs for operation and security. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
When you contact us
The briefing form on the home page does not submit anything to a server. It opens your own email client with the details you typed, and you decide whether to send the email. If you email us, we hold your name, organisation, email address and the content of your message for the purpose of replying and, if you ask for one, arranging a briefing. We do not sell or share this information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time by emailing jimmy@tenva.com.au.
Where data lives
TENVA Pty Ltd is an Australian company. Email and business records are held in Australia or by providers acting under Australian law. Our products are being designed so that recorded footage stays in Australia; the specifics will be set out in the product privacy terms when the product ships.
Your rights
